Return & Refund Policy

At MODEXA, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we’re here to help.

1. Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products (not caused during delivery)
- Items without original packaging
- Personal care / hygiene products (if applicable)

3. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos or videos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Refund will be issued via:
- Original payment method, or
- Bank transfer (for Cash on Delivery orders)

5. Return Shipping
- Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect products.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, size issues, or personal preferences.
Customers must provide clear photo or video proof for return approval.

6. Exchanges

- We offer exchanges for eligible products.
- If you wish to exchange a product (including size exchange), you may request within       48 hours of delivery.
- Exchange requests are subject to approval and product availability.
- Exchange for size or preference is allowed; however, customers may be required to bear shipping charges.
- Free exchange is only applicable in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  To initiate an exchange, customers must contact us with order details and, in case of        damage/wrong item, provide photo or video proof.
- If the requested product is unavailable, a refund may be provided instead.

7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
